Unlike the legal department at Apple I believe there are some legal scenarios where you need to transfer your songs back to your computer from your iPod. We all know you can do this by unhiding the Music Folder found in the iPod_Content folder on the iPod. However if you want to transfer playlists there is an amazing app that does all this for free (read: donation…about $10 is fair I think):

What an amazing device. I got it for my birthday and assumed it was going to be used to for audio only. I cannot believe the resolution of this screen, it makes my home movies look like HD works of art. It is the same width as the 4G click wheel and about half the depth, the optical illusion of the screen makes it look bigger. I am not sure how the portable video market will shake out but I am happy to be on board!
