AT&T Activation…iPhone woes

I am so anxious….AT&T still has not activated my iPhone. So while I was looking for things to learn about my new device (which cannot be used to do anything until it is activated {LAME}) I came across this:
Note: iPhone doesn’t support MMS messages. If someone sends an MMS message to
your iPhone, it won’t be received.
I need MMS, and I am sure it will be supported in a future software update….but really, no MMS?
Waiting in line at the Cingular AT&T store on Sunset was fun. I met a lot of nice people and actually came away with the 3rd to last iPhone of the night….phew!
